Project Description

Why should your disease be considered the “worst” disease?

The disease that is the “worst” would be given funding to continue research for your disease. You will be allowed to determine your own definition of worst (i.e., most deaths, lowest cure rate, painfulness of the symptoms, how easily transmitted, how many organ systems are affected, how many people are currently impacted).

 

Criteria

  • Your disease must impact at least two body systems that we have studied
  • The disease must still exist today
  • You must argue why your disease is the worst disease and requires the funding
  • Support your argument with evidence
