We cite our sources for four important reasons: 

1. To avoid plagiarism.
2. To give credit where credit is due, recognizing authors for their hard work.
3. To show that we have done our work and supported our arguments.
4. To allow readers to follow our steps in the research process.

 Avoid trying to cite database articles like websites. Most database resources, such as Explora and Britannica, actually include citations which you can use!
